How to Order a Compounded Medication
There are several convenient ways to submit your prescription to HolisticChem. We aim for a 24 to 48 hour turnaround on most compounded orders from the time we receive your valid prescription.

Fast, Reliable Delivery Australia-Wide
Prescriptions are delivered Australia-wide via Australia Post Express. Standard delivery from $14. Cold-chain capability is available for temperature-sensitive compounds. Large items or remote area cold-chain delivery are quoted ahead of dispatch.
Most compounded medications are received within 2 to 4 business days of us receiving your valid prescription. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak delivery periods, or factors outside our control.
The original script must be received before we can dispense any compounded item, as required by TGA regulations and Victorian pharmacy law.

Submit Your Prescription
Send your valid prescription by email, in person, phone, or WhatsApp. We accept original scripts, electronic prescriptions, and faxed scripts from registered practitioners.
Pharmacist Review
Our pharmacist reviews your prescription, confirms the formulation details, and contacts your prescribing practitioner if any clarification is needed. Any special requirements are confirmed at this stage.
Compounding and Quality Check
Your medication is prepared individually using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. Every batch is quality checked before dispensing to confirm it meets the required specifications.
Dispatch or Collection
Your medication is dispatched via Australia Post Express or held for collection at our Bayswater pharmacy. You will be notified when your order is ready or has been dispatched.
