Complete Pre-Screening
Fill in the online pre-screening checklist at holisticahealth.com.au. This gives our GPs the clinical context they need before your consultation.
GP Consultation
A registered GP assesses your clinical history, current medications, and treatment goals. Our multi-doctor model means you are not tied to a single prescriber.
Prescription Issued
If clinically appropriate, your GP issues a prescription. All prescriptions comply with TGA regulations and the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 (Vic).
Dispensed and Delivered
Your prescription is filled through our online dispensary and delivered Australia-wide via Australia Post Express, or collected in person at our Bayswater clinic.

HolisticChem provides access to the full range of alternative medicine services, from initial consultation through to dispensing, repeat prescriptions, and ongoing pharmacist support.
Online and In-Clinic Consultations
Consultations are available via our telehealth platform for patients anywhere in Australia, or in person at our Bayswater clinic. Our GPs provide personalised, judgement-free assessments covering dosage, potential side effects, and the regulatory context for alternative medicine in Australia.
Repeat E-Scripts Online
Patients who have had the same product prescribed within the last 12 months at our clinic may request repeat e-scripts online. Up to 2 repeats can be requested per online submission. For additional repeats beyond this limit, a GP consultation is required. To request a repeat e-script, email our team.
Online Dispensary and Home Delivery
Electronic prescriptions can be submitted to our online dispensary and dispensed products are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post Express. All products supplied by HolisticChem are TGA-regulated and dispensed from our QCPP accredited pharmacy in Bayswater.
Pharmacist Support via WhatsApp
Our AHPRA-registered pharmacist team is available via WhatsApp on 0403 545 543 for questions about your prescription, dosage guidance, or to discuss your treatment options before booking a consultation.
Online Dispensary and Repeat Prescriptions
Express Delivery Australia-Wide
Electronic prescriptions can be submitted to our online dispensary and dispensed products are shipped via Australia Post Express to any address in Australia. Our Bayswater pharmacy handles all dispensing under strict quality controls.

All products are TGA-regulated and dispensed from our QCPP accredited pharmacy. Products sourced outside authorised pharmacy channels are not regulated and may present unknown risks.
Renew Your Script Without a Consultation
If you have had the same product prescribed at our clinic within the last 12 months, you may be eligible to request a repeat e-script online without a new consultation.
A maximum of 2 repeats can be processed per online request. For more than 2 repeats, a GP consultation is required.

Who May Be Suitable for Alternative Medicine Consultations
Eligibility is assessed individually by a registered GP. The following provides general guidance only. A consultation is required to determine your suitability.
Factors that may support eligibility
- Adult aged 18 or over
- Existing or new patient with a condition that may respond to alternative medicine
- Conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, sleep difficulties, or other conditions where conventional treatments have not provided adequate relief
- Willingness to engage with a clinically supervised treatment plan
- No contraindications to the proposed treatment
Factors that may affect eligibility
- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Certain psychiatric conditions or medications that may interact
- History of substance dependence that may affect clinical suitability
- Conditions requiring primary management by another specialist
- Inability to attend required follow-up appointments
