We operate under the Direct Chemist Outlet Knox Health banner, combining in-store dispensing with a fully online telehealth service. Our patients can consult a GP, receive a prescription, and have their medication compounded and delivered to their door, all through one trusted provider.

Keith Lee
Pharmacist and Founder
Keith Lee is an AHPRA-registered pharmacist and the proprietor of HolisticChem. With over 17 years of clinical experience, Keith has built a reputation for genuine care, rigorous clinical standards, and a deeply personalised approach to patient health.
Keith brings specialist experience across compounding pharmacy, alternative medicines, and natural remedies, as well as hair health, smoking cessation, vaccinations, and NDIS support. His holistic approach means he looks at the full picture of a patient's health rather than just the presenting condition.
Keith is also the proprietor of Direct Chemist Outlet Bayswater and Frankston South Discount Chemist. All three locations are VPA compliant and QCPP accredited.
